If this aligns with your interests, submit your resume! **This and all other listed positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct team feedback meetings and performance evaluations, * Identify training needs within teams, * Ensure adherence to service response and resolution timeframes for customers, network, and POPs, * Prepare departmental and team productivity and efficiency reports, * Follow and implement company quality standards, * The professional will be responsible for installation, operation, and maintenance of optical fiber network systems. * Responsible for identifying and operating optical fault detection equipment (OTDR); * Capable of performing optical fiber splicing using fusion splicers, * Able to interpret optical fiber network design documents, * Able to identify OLT, ONT, DWDM, switch, and router network equipment, * Familiar with types of optical fiber cables and their respective applications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Knowledge of optical fiber networks; People management; Strong communication, organization, and accountability; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Innovation mindset and sense of urgency; Certifications in structured cabling or use of network measurement equipment are advantageous. **Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications:** Valid driver’s license (Category A/B) Willingness and ability to travel **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
