We work so that people can smile more and better, without fear of being happy! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the machine according to the Production Order (PO) and Work Instruction (WI); * Perform and record measurements of parts as specified in the WI on the inspection sheet; * Produce according to the production sequencing; * Retrieve tools, fixtures, and documents to begin setup; * Verify that machines are ready to commence operations; * Monitor tool life and replace tools as required; * Record data on the Production Order and in the SAP system; * Contribute ideas for process improvement; * Clean the machine, remove chips, and replace filters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed or currently pursuing a technical course in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields; * Knowledge of measuring instruments, and ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; * Availability to work during business hours (7:15 AM to 5:15 PM). **Additional Information*** **Initial Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Company Cafeteria; * Food Allowance; * Wedding Gift; * Birth Gift; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Clarear Program: Emotional Support. * **Benefits After Probation Period:** * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan (DentalUni); * Life Insurance; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Partnerships with Language Schools; * Childcare Assistance (subject to company policies); * Education Assistance \| After 12 months (subject to company policies); *For more information, visit our careers page on Gupy or our website (**https://fgmdentalgroup.com**).* **Transform Lives Through Smiles** — this is FGM’s purpose.
