Join our technology and data team, responsible for transforming information into strategic intelligence for Ultralims — Brazil's leading SaaS-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) provider. In a collaborative and agile environment, you will build KPIs to support decision-making across all company departments and analyze customer product usage behavior to generate insights that accelerate platform evolution. Location and Work Model ? **Location:** Joinville, Santa Catarina ? **Work Model:** Hybrid — 2 days on-site / 3 days remote **Your Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards and reports for various company departments (support, development, sales, etc.). * Build and monitor customer support KPIs such as SLA and response time using Jira data. * Develop development team productivity metrics based on GitHub data (pull requests, cycle time, deployment frequency, etc.). * Research and analyze LIMS product usage behavior among customers, identifying feature adoption patterns, drop-off points, and opportunities for improvement. * Integrate data from multiple sources (product database, internal and external tool APIs) to consolidate analytical views. * Collaborate with product, support, and development teams to understand needs and translate requirements into actionable analyses. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness of information provided to operations and leadership. * Document processes, metrics, and data models used. Required Qualifications **Technical Skills:** * **Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar** — dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization. * **SQL** — querying, data manipulation, and integration with relational databases. * Ability to **integrate data from APIs** (Jira, GitHub, and other tools). * Advanced **Excel or Google Sheets** for supplementary analysis. **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical and curious mindset — knows how to ask the right questions before building any chart. * Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences. * Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities without waiting for requests. * Organization and attention to detail in data validation and quality assurance. * Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
