Job Summary: Internship in R&D to support the development and technical leadership of new product and improvement projects, aiming for innovation and value addition. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on innovation and value addition to the Company The department is responsible for product research and development activities, with emphasis on technical leadership of new product and improvement projects both in Brazil and abroad. We operate innovatively to add value to the Company, ensuring our solutions meet market needs and promote sustainable growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development and technical leadership of new product and improvement projects on a corporate level (Brazil and abroad); aim for innovation and value addition to the Company. * Factory testing and laboratory testing. * Creation of matrices for technical specifications, presentations, and dynamic tables in Excel. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an Engineering undergraduate program, with expected graduation in December 2026 or December 2027\. * Availability to intern 6 hours per day in Joinville, 5 days per week. * Compatibility between this internship opportunity and the candidate's undergraduate course schedule — an important criterion for university approval of the internship agreement. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: 3 days per week onsite. * Internship stipend of R$2\.140,00; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Health programs.
