Milium is a company specializing in financial and credit solutions, offering services designed to facilitate individuals' and businesses' access to financial resources. **Responsibilities:** Define strategies for sales campaigns, including sales actions, 3Ps, TV, and TB. Manage the sales campaign calendar, integrating all involved departments. Monitor product performance both during and outside promotions. Develop new sales and pricing policies and processes. Manage the sales team. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, Sales Leader, or Commercial Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
