





**Education:** Bachelor’s Degree — Completed **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** No **Employment Type:** Contracted as a Legal Entity (PJ) **Benefits:** Partnership Agreements **Description:** We are seeking professionals whose primary mission is to ensure the availability, security, and stability of customer integrations, providing real-time incident resolution for clients and monitoring critical transactions. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitor and address failure alerts and incidents in the production environment. Provide technical support to clients via WhatsApp regarding APIs, integrations, and financial transactions. Reproduce and document error scenarios for analysis by the development team. Support client certification and testing during technical onboarding. Ensure complete logging of all support interactions and perform follow-up until final resolution. Escalate to internal teams and partner banks in critical cases. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing or holding a technical or bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. Prior experience in technical support for software systems, preferably within fintechs, digital banks, or SaaS companies. Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP status codes, and integration logs. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (especially for written communication and reading technical documentation).
