IT Supervisor - Field Service

If, like us, you believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us! **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the field service technician team, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery * Plan and monitor the schedule of on-site service visits and technician travel * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and field service SLAs * Manage critical incidents and escalations * Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and best practices (ITIL) * Control operational resources, such as tools, spare parts, and equipment * Conduct periodic meetings, provide feedback, and support team development * Prepare management reports and present results to stakeholders * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in field service processes * Support client interface activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Intermediate/advanced Spanish * Prior experience in Field Service operations or on-site technical support * Experience leading or coordinating external teams * Knowledge of incident management and ITSM tools * Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * ITIL certification * Experience managing large-scale teams (multi-region) * Knowledge of technical support logistics and route planning * Experience managing contracts and SLAs * Intermediate or advanced English **Employment Type: CLT \+ Benefits:** * Standard business hours — Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Health and dental insurance plans * Life insurance * Meal allowance / Food voucher * Transportation allowance * Discount club * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila * Discounts on Positivo products * University partnership program * And much more If you identify with this position and want to grow with Positivo S\+, apply now and join our team!
