Our HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with activities related to personnel administration, benefits operations, and support for labor union relations in accordance with labor legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform onboarding procedures and routines, including system registration of new employees, generating and archiving documentation, and conducting document and benefits integration processes; Request access permissions and system logins for new employees, monitor their arrival, and distribute credentials and benefits; Enroll employees in benefits programs; Carry out monthly benefits operations, including purchasing from and paying suppliers, reconciliations, and payroll recording; Manage benefits suppliers, including the factory cafeteria; Generate reports containing information on any process and/or HR administration KPIs; Update employee information in the payroll system, cross-checking with supporting documentation when necessary; Act as a legal representative during initial stages of labor proceedings, aligning information with the company’s Legal Department; Submit onboarding data to e-Social; Audit time tracking records, generating reports on inconsistencies, time banks, and other related items, requesting corrections or adjustments when necessary; Input declarations into the payroll system. Configure and update employee and dependent benefits data in the system; Manage benefits-related invoices and perform accounting entries, requesting accruals; Archive employee documents; Provide support to employees on personnel administration topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Strong Excel skills; Solid knowledge of Labor Legislation, payroll processing, and benefits management; Experience with Senior X system. **Additional Information** We offer: Competitive salary; Health insurance coverage at no cost to the employee and dependents; Dental insurance coverage at no cost to the employee; Childcare allowance for children up to 5 years old; Profit-sharing program; Pharmacy discount program; Life insurance; On-site cafeteria; Meal allowance; Total Pass transportation benefit; Fuel allowance or public transportation voucher.
