We seek organized, committed individuals eager to grow alongside the company. **Primary Objective of the Role** * **Provide pre- and post-sales customer support** * **Ensure agility, organization, and quality in customer service** * **Support daily e-commerce operations** **Job Responsibilities** **Customer Service** * **Pre- and post-sales support** * Daily customer contact via **marketplace chat and WhatsApp** * Clarification of inquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery timelines **Operational Support** * Monitoring orders, deliveries, exchanges, and returns * Recording and organizing customer requests * Supporting daily e-commerce operational routines **Desired Profile** **Essential** * Strong written communication skills * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility * Proficiency with computers, WhatsApp, and online systems * Passion for customer service and consistent interaction with people **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces * Experience in online customer service **Growth Plan** Platina values internal development.
