




**Main responsibilities:** Support HR routine activities, including recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding of employees, personnel administration, and internal support; assist in organizing training sessions, maintaining employee records and files, managing benefits, and supporting organizational climate initiatives; also contribute to strategic HR activities such as performance evaluation and job and salary structure planning, ensuring compliance with internal policies and operational efficiency within the department. **Required qualifications:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, People Management, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR administrative procedures. **Salary:** BRL 2,000.00 **Benefits:** transportation allowance, meal voucher, education assistance, health insurance starting from the 6th month. **Employment type:** permanent. **Working hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
