Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and ensuring the quality of services provided, monitoring ceremonies, managing scheduling, and overseeing teams and administrative processes. Conducting alignment and performance evaluation meetings Responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with operational procedures and service standards for families, visitors, and staff, guaranteeing service quality and consistency. Monitors ceremonies and wakes, manages scheduling, verifies documentation, and oversees service presentation standards. Prepares managerial reports, submits maintenance requests, and manages unit leave records. Leads alignment meetings, evaluates team performance, facilitates onboarding of new staff, and participates in recruitment processes.
