Response to internal audits and implementation of corrective actions An Import and Export company is seeking an Administrative Analyst in Joinville. Ascensus is a company that provides retirement plan and benefits administration solutions. It helps individuals and businesses manage their savings for retirement and other financial benefits. **Responsibilities:** Prepare financial statements for the import process closing and review expense receipts. Enter data into the ERP system to finalize closure. Verify payments and receivables made during the import process. Perform financial write-offs according to internal procedures. Generate various reports as required. Analyze documentation for process closure and request missing documents. Register cash and payment requests in the ERP. Respond to internal audit reports and implement corrective actions. Organize a virtual closure dossier for client submission. Manage closure deadlines and follow up with process owners. Reconcile key accounting accounts related to the import process.
