Requirements: * experience in automotive or industrial painting; * knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, and finishing; * proficiency in using spray guns, brushes, and rollers; * knowledge of paint, varnish, and finishing effect application; * ability to produce decorative pieces and distinctive projects; * diligence and refined finishing standards.
