As a Site Supervisor at Rôgga, your primary challenge will be actively participating in the entire construction lifecycle of developments that enhance the human habitat. You will engage in all project phases, assist in supervising team activities under the Engineer’s guidance, play a key role in construction planning, and ensure quality, workplace safety, and environmental preservation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and plan, together with the Site Leader, technical details and instructions for the project to be executed. * Guide and monitor adherence to the construction schedule. * Supervise and manage employees and third parties (contractors). * Ensure proper execution of all construction-related services. * Be responsible for site organization and cleanliness. * Assign tasks and monitor their completion. * Control and prevent waste and material losses. * Ensure construction quality standards as defined by company guidelines. * Advise on material consumption. * Perform duties while meeting cost, timeline, quality, environmental, organizational, and workplace safety requirements. * Actively participate in company quality, safety, and other programs. * Monitor and supervise training sessions for Service Instructions (IS's) and maintain records of Service Verification Forms (FV's). * Monitor progress and execution of all services provided. * Provide prior guidance on the execution of all services provided. * Ensure all activities comply with project specifications and IS's, meeting required quality standards. * Propose solutions for problems and unforeseen issues on construction sites. * Ensure timely completion of all services provided. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of reinforced concrete and conventional structural systems. * Prior experience in the role, specifically in high-end vertical developments. * Technical knowledge of all construction phases. * Ability to operate tools used for service verification.
