Sanitize, cut, and portion food in accordance with food safety standards. Assemble trays and prepare specific diets for patients as prescribed. Perform cleaning and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Monitor food expiration dates and ensure proper storage. Support meal distribution to hospital departments. Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and sanitary control regulations. Support the nutrition and kitchen teams in departmental activities. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
