Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Helper to perform loading and unloading of goods, organize the distribution center (DC), and provide general support for logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the handling and organization of goods in the DC and trucks. 2. Perform loading, unloading, and labeling of cargo. 3. Collaborate with the team and maintain workplace organization. We are seeking a Helper responsible for loading and unloading goods onto trucks and organizing the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers during pickups and deliveries by helping with loading, unloading, and cargo organization. * Label goods during direct pickups from customers. * Load and unload goods onto trucks, including in cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods, deliver them to respective responsible parties, and record system updates. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support the organization of goods across DC platforms and keep storage areas and truck bodies clean and organized. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary Education. **Specific Knowledge** * Goods Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Knowledge – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** Food Basket Meal Voucher (VR) Transportation Voucher (VT) PPR – Profit Sharing Program Career and Salary Plan SEST SENAT Agreement (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym) "Love Pack" (maternity kit) Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
