Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, organizing, and verifying merchandise; implementing product rotation (FIFO); and performing transportation and storage tasks in the sales department. Assist with transportation, storage, and order picking of merchandise **Job Description:** * Restock merchandise according to store layout; * Verify merchandise prices against price change lists and promotional item lists; * Maintain cleanliness of displayed merchandise, gondolas, and additional display areas; * Inspect product conditions in the sales area (expiration date, packaging, physical state), removing unsuitable items; * Place price labels on gondola headers and merchandise per company standards and regulations; * Highlight promotional merchandise; * Install and remove promotional materials; * Guide customers to desired merchandise; \- Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) product rotation as specified in the department manual; * Transport merchandise from warehouse and refrigerated chambers using carts and pallet jacks, observing load limits; * Load and unload products into and from refrigerated chambers; * Assist with product returns; * Identify stock shortages, record them, and report to store manager; * Set up additional display areas and gondola ends; * Support promoters and monitor their work in aisles; * Store products in the warehouse according to storage requirements; * Unload merchandise from trucks using hydraulic equipment; * Verify merchandise against invoices and purchase orders per invoice copy (quantity, weight, price, expiration date); * Pick merchandise for inventory counting. **Benefits:** Here, you’ll have access to benefits exclusively designed for you! * Free Breakfast: To ensure your energy is sustained during morning work hours; * Subsidized Lunch: Our company highly values quality and the people who are part of our team; * Education: Courses, undergraduate and postgraduate programs with discounts.
