Focus on scalability, availability, observability, and security **The Mission** As a Software Architect at DM, the professional will be challenged to identify the optimal technical solution to meet the company’s business requirements—ensuring scalability, availability, observability, and security—and serve as an advocate for development best practices across all projects. **Your Challenges Will Include** * Designing technical solutions that meet business needs and satisfy cost, schedule, quality, and security requirements; * Identifying opportunities for technical and process improvements, cost reduction, and proposing appropriate solutions; * Supporting development teams throughout projects by removing technical blockers and making timely technical decisions aligned with corporate objectives; * Providing technical leadership and integrating DevOps, Development, Database, and other teams to foster cross-departmental collaboration; * Creating and organizing Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for all projects in which you participate; * Collaborating with the entire architecture team to evolve DM’s legacy systems, delivering efficient solutions to support organizational growth and compliance with public-sector standards; * Maintaining alignment with stakeholders and focusing on corporate objectives (OKRs); * Updating / Migrating the organization’s legacy systems to a new microservices-based architecture. **Above all, you must resonate with our purpose: valuing people so each individual can expand their possibilities and build their own story.** **Additionally, it is desirable that you have** * Experience in one or more of the following languages: C#, Python, or Go; * Experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, Dynamo); * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (preferably SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB); * Experience with Linux; * Experience with microservices; * Knowledge of architectural patterns; * Completed undergraduate degree. **Nice-to-Have** * Knowledge of Flutter (Dart); * Knowledge of authentication/authorization solutions (Keycloak); * Ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and implement new technologies based on their documentation; * Familiarity with the TOGAF framework; * Knowledge of networking and communication protocols; * Knowledge of API Gateways (Kong).
