About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing FLV (Fruits, Vegetables, and Legumes) products on shelves and islands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers. KEY ACTIVITIES Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves and islands; applying correct pricing; and following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on shelves and islands, in warehouses, and in cold chambers; organization; cleaning and sanitation of the department; verification of expiration dates according to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle; and adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Items), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns/exchanges; Maintain department organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Education:** High school diploma preferred Valid health card **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
