Job Mission: Ensure efficient planning, control, and execution of maintenance activities, guaranteeing equipment, resource, and technical information availability, with focus on quality, safety, environmental compliance, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for equipment and vehicle fleet. - Create, monitor, and close Maintenance Orders (MOs) in the management system. - Develop daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activity plans. - Manage spare parts and supplies inventory, including minimum/maximum stock levels, audits, and parts warranty tracking. - Conduct quotations, procurement, and negotiations with suppliers and service providers. - Develop, qualify, and approve local suppliers. - Monitor outsourced services and track delivery deadlines. - Record and verify electronic invoices (NF-e and NFS-e) and bank slips in the system. - Monitor yard operations, outgoing reservations, and equipment availability. - Oversee building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and civil). - Manage maintenance backlog and prioritize tasks based on asset criticality. - Prepare reports, KPIs, and technical analyses (MTBF, MTTR, costs, availability). - Coordinate with internal departments and customers to schedule maintenance activities. - Support fleet management, logistics for transfers, and vehicle tracking. - Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School education. Driver's License Category B Minimum 6–12 months of experience in maintenance planning or control. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Experience in inventory control, procurement, and supplier management. **Preferred Requirements:** -------------------------- Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields is a plus. Knowledge of equipment maintenance, fleet maintenance, and basic building systems.
