About Us GTOP is comprised of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for verifying, investigating, controlling, and preventing losses by implementing preventive, proactive, and/or corrective practices and procedures, as well as identifying ways to improve processes across various company departments related to product handling and preservation, utilizing strategies aimed at reducing breakage and deviation rates. KEY ACTIVITIES Ensure loss prevention actions at the FLV Distribution Center by implementing preventive and/or corrective practices and procedures, guiding employees across various company departments on the correct methods for handling and preserving products, in accordance with pre\-established rules and standards; Develop, implement, and monitor product exchange, breakage, and resource waste indices, and propose actions to reduce them; Conduct audits in the order-picking and shipping departments and populate control spreadsheets with appropriate information; Perform daily inventories, reconcile balance discrepancies, identify root causes of balance errors, record results in the appropriate spreadsheets, and generate required reports; Participate periodically in inventories and ensure data accuracy; Assist billing in incoming goods processes and invoice issuance whenever necessary; Monitor and oversee operational processes across departments, verifying cleanliness, organization, proper use of materials, and work procedures; Analyze and respond to Police Reports (BOs), advising stores on this process whenever necessary; Provide training and guidance to the team whenever necessary; Maintain the workplace and equipment in good condition and orderly fashion; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements Prior experience in the field **Desired academic background:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields) **Specific knowledge:** Storage and auditing techniques; tax legislation and cost analysis; familiarity with store operations and products sold; **Computer skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Working hours:** 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Address\-R Waldemar Francisco 434\-São Cristovão Barra velha **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Attendance Bonus Shopping Discount Program (Store Purchases) Life Insurance Sales Target Incentive Referral Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
