Responsible for supervising pavement construction works and managing teams **Job Opening: Civil Engineer – Experience in Pavement Construction** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Civil Engineer with proven experience in pavement construction projects to handle planning, execution, and technical supervision. The professional will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with established deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and inspect asphalt or concrete pavement construction works. * Prepare and review technical reports, quantity surveys, and quality control documentation. * Conduct service planning, schedule control, and team management. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. * Guide field teams on execution procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration. * Proven experience in pavement construction (asphalt and/or concrete). * Knowledge of earthworks, base/sub-base, and laboratory testing is a plus. * Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and managing schedules.
