This position's mission is to contribute to the safety and organization of the construction site, ensuring a healthy and motivating work environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform carpentry tasks: formwork, boxes, trestles, identification signs; * Safety carpentry and various enclosures; * Construct cabinets, stairs, walkways, etc.; * Assist in scheduling delivery of repair and construction services in carpentry/cabinetmaking to better meet project needs; * Assist in assessing the need for replacement and/or acquisition of materials and tools used in area activities, forwarding requests to the responsible person; * Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the work environment and equipment under one's responsibility; * Comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Adhere to company standards for safety, quality, and environmental protection; Support colleagues and supervisors in tasks related to this position within the area. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing high school education; * NR 18, NR 35, and NR 12 certifications; * Experience in the civil construction field. **Additional Information** * PPR: Profit Sharing Program; * **Construction Results Program (PRO) \- Project Performance;** * **Construction Results Program \- Best of the Year;** * Meal allowance/food voucher of R$29.00/day (no payroll deduction); * Transportation voucher (no payroll deduction); * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Health plan with no monthly premium for the holder, 40% co-payment, extendable to dependents at differentiated cost; * Dental plan with no monthly premium, extendable to dependents at differentiated cost; * Pharmacy benefit (payroll deduction applies); * Referral bonus for new hires; * Education incentive; * Special discounts for purchasing a Rôgga property.
