Job Summary: Professional to provide personalized service for import processes, quotation analysis, and legal and customs compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized service and analysis of import processes 2. Focus on legal and customs compliance in foreign trade 3. Monitoring of deadlines and KPIs in import operations **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Provide personalized service tailored to the client's profile. ✅ Receive and analyze import processes. ✅ Analyze quotations and import logistics costs. ✅ Verify documents to ensure compliance with legal and customs requirements. ✅ Monitor and ensure timely updates of follow\-up activities. ✅ Verify LI (Import License) and DI (Import Declaration) drafts. ✅ Verify cost estimates for the import process. ✅ Issue input and output invoices according to the operation. ✅ Analyze process closure prior to submission to the client. ✅ Ensure compliance with legislation as required by approving authorities. ✅ Monitor the customs clearance process from goods arrival at customs until actual release. ✅ Monitor deadlines and achievement of KPIs. ✅ Manage foreign exchange closing for import processes. ✅ Understand special customs regimes. ✅ Assist department activities when necessary. **Requirements:** ✅ Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. ✅ Knowledge of foreign trade customs regulations. ✅ Prior experience in import processes. ✅ Familiarity with the Conexos operational system (a plus). ✅ Knowledge of trading operations (account and order transactions, consignment, and proprietary trading) and BPO. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
