Or, as we like to put it: BENTELER makes it happen! **PREREQUISITES:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering or related fields; * Availability to work in Araquari/SC (company provides shuttle service); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * English proficiency and PowerBI knowledge preferred. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Updating production performance indicators on the shop floor; * Conducting root cause analyses using Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Ishikawa, A3, 5W2H, 5 Whys); * Supporting production leaders and analysts with operational demands; * Daily monitoring of key performance indicators including OEE, PPLH, Downtimes, and scrap rate; * Participating in daily meetings; * Leading continuous improvement projects; * Procuring materials and supplies for the production line; * Issuing invoices. **Your contact** Caroline Souza BENTELER Human Resources Phone: **Your new employer** The BENTELER Group always has the answer.
