Production Engineering Analyst responsible for optimizing operational processes through time studies, method analysis, standard time determination, and line balancing.

**Job Description:**

Time Study: Measuring the actual time required to perform operational tasks on the shop floor. Method Analysis: Analyzing how a task is performed to propose simpler, faster, and safer methods. Standard Time Determination: Establishing the ideal time a trained worker requires to complete a task. Line Balancing: Organizing production steps to ensure continuous flow and avoid bottlenecks or stoppages. Process Mapping: Creating or updating work instructions (SOPs) and flowcharts.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields;
Advanced Excel, data analysis software;
Reading and analyzing production processes;
