




An industrial company is seeking a Bidding Assistant in Joinville (Glória). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing documents required for participation in bidding processes, such as commercial proposals, cost spreadsheets, declarations, and other necessary documents. Conduct research on bidding notices, analyzing established requirements and conditions. Monitor deadlines and schedules for participation in bidding processes. Maintain up-to-date company registration with public and private entities to ensure eligibility for bidding participation. Track ongoing bidding processes, maintaining communication with clients and suppliers. Assist in negotiating contracts and commercial terms with clients and suppliers. Maintain records and documentation related to bidding processes. Provide administrative support to the sales team and commercial department. Manage documents and files related to the bidding area.
