Commercial support and standardization of proposals Job Mission Consolidate and finalize technical budgets based on quantities provided by the estimating department, ensuring technical consistency, cost accuracy, and clarity in the description of commercial proposals. Main Responsibilities Technical Analysis Interpret technical drawings to understand the scope. Verify whether received quantities are compatible with the presented scope. Translate technical drawings into clear descriptions for commercial proposals. Cost Composition Input direct and indirect labor costs. Include consumables (welding materials, grinding discs, PPEs, etc.). Consider equipment costs, transportation, meals, and other operational expenses. Update cost composition tables as necessary. Budget Consolidation Finalize budget spreadsheets according to company standards. Ensure consistency among cost, scope, and proposal. Submit finalized budgets to the commercial department within the deadline. Commercial Support Clarify technical questions regarding the scope. Adjust budgets upon requested revisions. Support standardization of technical proposals.
