




**Description:** Responsible for managing implementation/evolution projects with the customer, aiming to ensure the quality and success of the implementation, gathering the necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables for the TOTVS CRM unit’s customers. Responsibilities and duties Manage small projects without customizations; Identify and document, based on MIT, the project stakeholders; Support planning and execution of communications; Act as the focal point for customers and internal areas, sharing data and information via emails, calls/meetings, and system records; Identify risks associated with projects under their responsibility, recording them in the system; Record lessons learned, based on MIT documentation; Plan and allocate resources involved in the project; Report project data to management using KPIs; Ensure timely billing of service projects, according to the customer’s contractual agreement with the commercial proposal; Ensure financial profitability of service projects under their responsibility; Ensure consistent time tracking for all allocated resources on projects under their responsibility.
