Here, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your value and challenge yourself, helping **the largest players in the national market** keep their businesses aligned with consumer demands! **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will:** * Work within the SalesOps team, providing operational and strategic support to the sales department; * Update and maintain account, customer, and opportunity records in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and quality; * Support the collection, validation, and structuring of information for commercial proposals in partnership with sales representatives; * Ensure correct integration and consistency of data between CRM and ERP systems; * Manage and update commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies; * Support the resolution of pending issues related to billing, registration, and sales workflows, collaborating with respective departments; * Proactively identify and suggest improvements to commercial processes, workflows, and systems; * Prioritize recurring and ad-hoc requests, balancing deadlines and deliveries with autonomy and organization; * Address questions and guide sales department users on CRM usage and related processes; * Analyze data and information on opportunities in the sales funnel to support indicator accuracy and insight generation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you should have:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Experience providing service and support to internal customers (e.g., sales teams, customer success, or pre-sales); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * A collaborative mindset; * Analytical vision to critically assess team and department-wide processes; * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change; * Organizational skills regarding deliverables; * Autonomy to perform day-to-day activities; * Proactivity. **It would be a** ***plus*** **if you have:** * Knowledge of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 or HubSpot); * Experience with ERP systems and system integration workflows; * Familiarity with B2B or SaaS commercial processes (customer registration, sales pipeline, proposals, and billing); * Basic understanding of data governance and commercial operations. **Additional Information** At Neogrid, People Matter.
