And find out more about Monte Equity Partners at www.montepartners.com.br #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the technical team in administrative processes related to highway maintenance, building maintenance, and routine maintenance (mowing, weeding, cleaning, etc.); * Monitor contracts with third parties; * Supervise the execution of Construction and Maintenance activities; * Develop and review maintenance procedures, ensuring quality and effectiveness of maintenance processes according to budget planning; * Schedule maintenance and preservation services in coordination with Operations departments, respecting traffic flow and aiming to ensure safety and comfort for users and direct or indirect personnel; * Assist in measuring services provided by third parties; * Prepare and/or assist in preparing highway maintenance and construction reports; * Monitor and record incidents on the highway related to Maintenance and Construction through the proprietary system (KCOR); * Conduct and/or assist in training for direct or outsourced labor teams. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical degree in Building Construction or Road Engineering; * Proven experience in Highway Construction and Pavement; * CNH B driver's license. **This position is open to people with disabilities (PCD).**
