Review the profile below and apply! **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Software Engineering, or related fields. **Mandatory Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in UI/UX Design. * Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in complex projects, from conception through launch. * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), collaborating directly with Product Owners and developers. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge for This Role** * Design Tools: Advanced proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, etc. * Prototyping: Proficiency in creating interactive, high-fidelity prototypes (e.g., Figma, FigJam, etc). * Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of User-Centered Design methodologies, Design Thinking, and Atomic Design. * Interface Design (UI): Ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, wireframes, user flows, and mockups. * Design Systems: Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems. * Platforms: Proven experience delivering projects for Web and Mobile platforms (iOS and Android). **Desirable/Differentiating Knowledge** * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support implementation; * Experience in legacy system migration projects or platform redesigns; **Responsibilities and Duties** * Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. * Plan and conduct user research to gather insights and validate hypotheses. * Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, using data and best practices as supporting arguments. * Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of interfaces. * Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and components (Design System). * Identify opportunities to improve user experience and propose innovative solutions. * Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. **Behavioral Skills / Soft Skills** * Empathy to deeply understand users’ pain points and needs. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and justify design decisions. * Collaboration and teamwork abilities. * Critical thinking and analytical capability to solve complex problems. * Attention to detail and commitment to final product quality. * Autonomy, proactivity, and technical leadership capability. **Employment Contract Information** Compensation: To be discussed Workload: 40 hours per week — Monday to Friday — from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00. **Benefits:** Access to courses on e-learning platforms. **Work Model:** Hybrid work arrangement, predominantly remote, with occasional in-person meetings at the client’s location in São Paulo. ### **Department:** CRP Tecnologia
