Focus on organization and proactivity **Distribution Center Coordinator** ----------------- **OVERVIEW** Responsible for operational compliance of the unit. Ensures uninterrupted logistics flow (inventory, drivers, and orders) while maintaining appropriate critical infrastructure (pumps, generators, alarms), employee well-being, and safety through regular patrols and checklists. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Visit areas and departments to monitor attendance and employee well-being; Inspect emergency door seals; Verify presence of security/support staff; Check SKU count (store orders); Verify number of scheduled appointments; Monitor driver return/presence; Patrol the warehouse; Inspect the pump house; Inspect the generator; Check cleanliness of facilities; Monitor team performance; Inspect forklift batteries; Opening and closing checklists; Inventory analysis; Verify truck departure logbook; Daily Safety Talks (DDS); Departmental checklists; Fire suppression system tests; Security alarm tests; Monitor pest control activities; Inspect fleet; Patrol the condominium; Inspect the sorting house; Orientation meetings; Alignment with the supervisor; Store visits; Fire drill; Inspect fire hydrants and extinguishers; Provide feedback to employees; Forklift checklists **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Incomplete undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in the role **KNOWLEDGE** Microsoft Office suite; People management; WMS system knowledge; LogSmart knowledge; RMS knowledge **COMPETENCIES** Strategic vision; Teamwork; Decision-making; Conflict resolution; Problem solving; Interpersonal skills; Proactivity; Planning; Organization; Negotiation; Leadership; Emotional intelligence; Flexibility; Adaptability; Systemic analysis; Technological updating; Communication; Creativity; Dynamism; Effectiveness; Active listening **BENEFITS** Health insurance Dental insurance Meal voucher
