Responsibilities:
* Support the organization and logistics of training programs (in-person and online);
* Monitor attendance records, evaluations, and certificate issuance;
* Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems related to the learning pathway;
* Assist in document management for the EHS area, especially mandatory Safety training;
* Support internal communication regarding training programs, campaigns, and development initiatives;
* Contribute to organizing files, folders, records, and evidence;
* Support other administrative tasks within the T\&D and EHS areas.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
* **Education:** Completed high school.
* **Age:** Must be at least 18 years old.
* Interest in Training, Development, and Occupational Safety areas.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
* A Technical Course in Occupational Safety is a plus.
