Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process, verify, and close payroll using the TOTVS RM system, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to established deadlines; * Perform labor calculations and social charges, including INSS, FGTS, IRRF, vacations, terminations, 13th salary, allowances, and other payroll items; * Execute and monitor HR administrative routines, such as hiring, termination, vacations, leaves of absence, benefits administration, and functional movements; * Ensure timely and accurate submission of ancillary obligations, with focus on eSocial; * Monitor and verify processes related to Digital FGTS, SEFIP, DCTFWeb, and other labor and social security obligations; * Prepare managerial reports, KPIs, and strategic analyses for the Payroll Department; * Conduct internal audits of payroll processes, identifying inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement; * Ensure compliance with labor, social security legislation, and the institution’s internal policies; * Provide support and guidance to employees and leadership on payroll and labor-related topics; * Support inspections, audits, and internal requests related to the Payroll Department; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, automation, and controls within the department. **Desired Experience:** * Solid experience in processing and verifying medium- or large-scale payroll; * Experience managing high volumes of employees; * Practical experience with social charges, ancillary obligations, and labor legislation; * Experience in payroll audit and critical data analysis; * Experience in corporate-structured organizations with integrated processes is considered a plus. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in HR Payroll routines with emphasis on payroll processing; * Proficiency in the TOTVS RM system; * Advanced Excel knowledge, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis; * Experience with SEFIP, Digital FGTS, DCTFWeb, and ancillary obligations; * Solid knowledge of labor, social security legislation, and social charges; * Practical experience with eSocial; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; * Ability to manage deadlines, simultaneous demands, and a high-responsibility environment; * Knowledge of KPIs, payroll auditing, and process improvement is desirable; * Availability for in-person work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Health and dental plans; * Health club; * Benefits club Founded on February 21, 1937 by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its mission through sustainable growth, grounded in strategic planning and focused on achieving optimal results.
