




Job Summary: The Production Analyst supports production planning, monitors operational processes, manages training, and assists in employee release. Key Highlights: 1. Training management and support for HR/Health-related issues Description: What qualifications or knowledge are required: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of PowerPoint and Power BI is a plus; * Enjoy challenges. As a Production Analyst, your responsibilities include: Evaluating the physical location, quantities, origin, and guarantees of raw materials while collaborating with the Quality Control department to support production planning. Tracking vessel movements and arrival forecasts to align with production planning. Monitoring the validity of mandatory training programs in coordination with the Safety department. Monitoring expiration dates of medical examinations together with the Health department to assist in releasing employees for examinations. Planning vacation schedules for production operators in alignment with the HR department. Managing overtime hours and monthly attendance records. Entering production indicators, tracking the status of action plans, and acting on those within your responsibility. Requesting materials for operations. Updating and uploading documents via Sesuite. Planning, developing, and delivering training sessions for teams. Maintaining records of supervision meeting minutes. Assisting in process-related activities.
