Responsibilities: \- Install internet and perform repairs at residential and commercial locations; \- Configure and test services contracted by the customer; \- Identify and resolve technical faults; \- Ensure service quality and excellent customer service; \- Complete service orders and maintain records of performed activities. Requirements: \- Completed high school education; \- Experience with optical networks; \- Training in the field (preferred); \- Driver's license category B; \- NR10, NR35, and NR06 certifications. Experience: \- Customer service, repairs, installations, preventive and corrective maintenance.
