**Sound and Lighting Supervisor Position** **Working Hours:** * From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, including holidays. * On nights with events, the schedule extends until 10:00 PM. **Mandatory Qualifications:** * High school diploma. * Experience in sound and lighting for shows, with DRT registration in at least one of the following areas: Lighting Designer, Lighting Technician, Light Operator, Sound Designer, Sound Technician, Sound Operator. * Accepted documents to prove experience (present at least two): Portfolio, Work Record Book (Carteira de Trabalho), Letter of Recommendation. **Required Competencies:** * Coordination and leadership of teams. * Organization and courtesy. * Ability to interact effectively with people (teamwork, service to internal and external clients). * Skill in handling unexpected situations and problem solving. * Frustration tolerance (ability to handle internal and external complaints). * Initiative and ability to act efficiently. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
