Job Summary: An industrial maintenance professional responsible for preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical repairs, fault diagnosis, and machine operation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in equipment installation and adjustments **Main Responsibilities** * Perform weekly preventive maintenance on machines * Carry out minor electrical and mechanical repairs * Diagnose operational failures * Support equipment installation and adjustments * Manage maintenance checklists * Coordinate with external technical support when necessary * Operate machines (production line) * Monitor noises, vibrations, and failure indicators **Technical Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance * Basic knowledge of: Industrial electricity, Basic mechanics, Pneumatics * Ability to use manual and electric tools * Organized profile * Punctual and assiduous * Conflict resolution and handling of occasional issues * Agile, dynamic, productive, and responsible * Attentive and disciplined * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education * Basic computer skills * Basic Excel knowledge **Behavioral Profile** * Proactive * Solution-oriented * Responsible * Good communication with the production team **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Transportation: R$ 11.80/day * Meal allowance: R$ 17.00/day * Gympass * 1 virtual medical consultation per month (subject to verification) * 1 free therapy session per month * Pharmacy discounts Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2.400,00/month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
