JOB DESCRIPTION Electrical Maintenance\- Replacement of lamps, ballasts, and outlets; Checking circuit breakers and power panels; Support in more complex services under the guidance of an electrician technician. Hydraulic Maintenance\- Unclogging sinks, drains, and toilets; Replacement of faucets, valves, traps, and connections; Repairs for simple leaks. Minor Masonry Repairs\- Repairing loose or broken tiles and flooring; Minor wall repairs (cracks, holes); Support in construction and renovation works. Painting and Finishing\- Painting interior and exterior walls; Touch-ups on doors, gates, and fences. General Maintenance Support\- Cleaning water tanks; Lubrication of locks, hinges, and gates; Support in maintenance (elevators, pumps, etc.) JOB REQUIREMENTS Basic knowledge in electrical and hydraulic systems; Workplace safety awareness; Proactivity and responsibility; Skill in using manual and electric tools; Ability to work in a team and follow instructions; Possession of NRS 10, 12 and 35\.
