Currently, the Irmã Dulce Social Works, a philanthropic organization with approximately 9,000 employees, is one of the largest 100% free healthcare complexes in the country, performing around 5.6 million outpatient procedures per year. We serve users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, users of psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk. The organization offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Audiovisual Content Production and Creation: Develop and edit audiovisual content for distribution across OSID’s communication channels. Participate in all production stages—including recording (scriptwriting, camera operation, lighting, sound, etc.)—and final editing of content. Publish content on OSID’s digital platforms. * Media Relations Support: Produce and edit audiovisual content for media outlets (regional, national, or international) in formats including print, electronic, and digital media. * Coverage of Institutional Events: Cover institutional events by producing images (videos and photos) and texts for dissemination across the institution’s communication channels. * Creation of Digital Graphic Materials: Produce and edit digital graphic materials such as cards, banners, and e-books, adapting them to the format and language of various platforms and target audiences. Development of Institutional Promotion Strategies: Create strategies to promote institutional products using tools such as SEO, social media, email marketing, among others. * Performance Analysis: Analyze reach and performance metrics of campaigns and produced content, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Competencies (Expert Level): * Knowledge of Audiovisual Equipment: * Proficiency in operating audiovisual equipment such as cameras, lighting accessories, sound gear, and other resources required for audiovisual recording. * Image Editing Software Proficiency: * Expertise in image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, among others, for creating graphic materials. Technical Competencies (Intermediate Level): * Quality Management System: * Understanding of quality management systems and how to implement these processes in content development. * General Data Protection Law (LGPD): * Knowledge of the LGPD and its application in the processing and handling of personal data within digital and audiovisual content creation. **Additional Information** Health and dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Lunch provided at the company cafeteria.
