Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Generate **pay slips and financial records** to meet legal department requests. * Issue and organize **employee registration documents**, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information. * Generate **payroll-related documents**, such as salary histories, employment records, and other requested documents. * **Act as the company's labor representative (preposto)** at initial, single, and evidentiary hearings, representing the institution and providing necessary clarifications within labor proceedings. * Issue **invitation letters for appointment as labor representative**, ensuring formal designation of the company’s representative at labor hearings. * Prepare **labor-related reports and information surveys** to support HR and Legal departments. * Conduct **data collection and labor risk calculations**, supporting strategic analysis by the Legal department. * Issue **guides related to labor proceedings**, as required by judicial authorities. * Manage **labor expert appraisals**, monitoring deadlines, document requests, and required information for appraisal fulfillment. * Manage **labor hearings**, organizing schedules, deadlines, and necessary documents to support the Legal department. * Organize and provide **documentation required for labor proceedings**, ensuring compliance with judicial deadlines. * Maintain **control and archiving of physical and digital documents** related to labor litigation. * Support the **analysis and verification of labor-related information** associated with judicial proceedings. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed high school; completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in **Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields**. * Prior experience in **Personnel Department**, preferably focused on **labor litigation or legal support for labor matters**. * Knowledge of **payroll routines, labor legislation, and social charges**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel (intermediate level)** for report preparation and data analysis. * Experience with **payroll and HR management systems** (RM TOTVS). * Familiarity with **labor documentation and judicial proceedings**. * **Experience acting as a labor representative (preposto) at initial, single, and evidentiary hearings.** ******Behavioral Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proactivity and responsibility in meeting deadlines. * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and maintain confidentiality of information. **Additional Information** Work schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 6 PM) Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT), meal allowance (TR), Health Club, and Benefits Club *Permanent position* Founded on February 21, 1937, by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its mission through sustainable growth grounded in strategic planning and a focus on optimal outcomes.
