Teamwork in a kitchen environment **Kitchen Assistant** ----------------------- **OVERVIEW** Assist in preparing meals, desserts, snacks, and roasting chicken (galeto). Maintain sector organization and kitchen cleanliness, including collection and washing of utensils and equipment.
