Workplace organization and safety **Description:** Responsibilities of the Opportunity Running film through the machine. Monitoring the machine during order changeovers. Releasing the machine and monitoring adjustments on mono-layer machines. Replacing the machine screen. Mounting the core onto the shaft and receiving instructions on operating large machines. Monitoring material change in the hopper. Weighing rolls, palletizing, and organizing pallets. Reading and interpreting Work Orders (OF). Recording data on worksheets and reports to maintain production process information. Assisting with large machines when required. Monitoring production by analyzing the quality of the produced film. Controlling, weighing, and identifying scrap material. Checking and adjusting temperature settings for material changes. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the area and machines. Following company safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and appropriate materials for job execution.
