Join our mission! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform entrance duties, controlling the flow of people and providing requested clarifications and guidance; * Register vehicle entry and exit; * Record incidents in the incident logbook; * Remain vigilant regarding access by unfamiliar or unknown individuals, carrying out appropriate approaches and formal access control as required, per established guidelines; * Provide clarifications and guidance to third parties regarding destination location and access; * Support reception staff whenever necessary on matters related to maintaining security in the reception area; * Register entry and exit of vehicles, materials, and equipment; * Receive, register, and control incoming external correspondence; * Activate and deactivate alarms when necessary; * Maintain control over institutional assets exiting through the entrance, per defined procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completion of a security guard training course is an advantage; * Prior experience in entrance or front-desk operations is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Benefits** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Employee benefits club; * Employee health club; * FJS card; WellHub. * Founded on February 21, 1937, by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its work through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and focused on achieving outstanding results.
