**Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive patients and companions seeking services, providing clarifications, listening, recording, and following up on suggestions, compliments, and complaints. * Receive patients, visitors, and companions promptly and courteously, providing information, performing registrations, clarifying doubts, delivering documentation, offering guidance, and making appropriate referrals to fully meet their respective requests. * Receive, register, and deliver belongings forgotten at the facility, as well as documents, test results, and other items, entering data into the unit’s lost-and-found tracking spreadsheet. * Control visitor access by identifying them and directing them to the correct destination, preventing unauthorized circulation in restricted areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management * Preferably a Person with Disability (PCD) **Work Location: Professor Eládio Lasserre Hospital, Cajazeiras.** **Additional Information** The Instituto Fernando Filgueiras (IFF) is a Social Organization headquartered in Bahia, composed of professionals with extensive experience in Public Health Management, aiming to achieve excellence in health service delivery, supported by humanized care, teaching and research development, and quality management.
