Job Summary: Provide in-person and telephone assistance, guiding and referring patients, receiving visitors, managing queues, and registering patient data—with a focus on customer satisfaction. Preparation of reports and collection of payments during the night shift. **Job Description:** Provide in-person and/or telephone assistance as required, guiding and referring patients to appropriate departments and/or procedures according to internal criteria and defined quality standards, aiming to ensure patient satisfaction and supporting the department currently in operation. Receive visitors, providing requested information, verifying scheduled appointment times or waiting times for service, and directing them to the appropriate room when applicable; Manage service queues for registration, considering priority levels and the number of appointments per specialty/examinations/scheduled surgeries, while responding to customer inquiries and requests for information and routing demands to the responsible department to support appropriate customer service; Register and/or update patient data for procedures and/or consultations according to institutional criteria, ensuring information availability across various departments. Request authorizations related to ongoing services in accordance with health insurance contract rules and those provided by the commercial department; Guide private-pay patients regarding hospital pricing, payment methods, and service rules; Deliver diagnostic test results to patients according to institutional routine in the Diagnostic Medicine department; Prepare various operational monitoring reports to keep area activity information up to date; Collect payments from private-pay patients, performing necessary verifications prior to release, ensuring proper recording of information and financial control during the night shift; Ensure high-quality service for both internal and external customers according to institutional procedures, safeguarding the institution’s image and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Completed High School Education Availability to start immediately.
