Job Summary:
Control the entry of people, vehicles, and goods into the company, ensuring organization and security at the entrance during the absence of the regular employee.

**Doorman (Temporary)**
* **Employment Type:** CLT contract for a fixed term (45 days).
* **Reason for Hiring:** Replacement of an employee on vacation.
* **Work Schedule:** 24x48 shift pattern (24 hours of work followed by 48 hours of rest).
* **Remuneration:** 1\.518,00
* **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, night shift premium (when applicable), paid leave, variable food basket.
* **Job Mission:** Control the entry of people, vehicles, and goods into the company, ensuring organization and access control at the entrance during the regular employee's absence.
* Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, service providers, and vehicles.
* Identify and register visitors and delivery personnel.
* Monitor security cameras and report irregularities.
* Answer calls and provide basic company information.
* Receive and forward mail and packages.
* Conduct visual patrols around the perimeter near the entrance (if applicable).
* Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
* Comply with and uphold security procedures and internal policies.
**Technical Requirements**
* Completed high school education (minimum).
* Prior experience in this role.
* Strong oral communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of filling out logbooks and/or simple spreadsheets.

**Responsibilities and Limitations:**
* **Responsible for:** Entrance access control and security.
* **Not responsible for:** Internal patrols, physical intervention, armed security, or releasing materials without authorization.
* **Must follow:** All company internal policies and established conduct procedures for this role.
**Additional Notes:**
* The temporary employee will receive initial training and team integration before starting the shift.
* Must strictly adhere to the existing 24x48 shift schedule used by the employee on vacation.
* Possibility of rehiring on a temporary basis based on future needs and satisfactory performance.
