Support to condominium administration and organization of common areas ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Condominium Concierge will be responsible for providing personalized service to residents and visitors, acting as a support point for daily demands within the condominium. This professional must ensure excellence in service, proper organization of requests, and support in service management, contributing to a high-standard experience and well-being of residents. * Greet residents, visitors, and service providers courteously and professionally * Manage mail and packages * Coordinate resident requests (reservations, appointments, various services) * Control access for visitors and service providers, in coordination with the front desk * Support condominium administration in operational matters * Maintain organization and proper functioning of common areas * Proactively resolve daily problems and demands ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred) * Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Professional demeanor, discretion, and courtesy * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and management systems) * Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ### **BENEFITS** Transportation allowance: R$ 11.80 (round trip) Meal allowance: R$ 25.00 per day Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off — Monday to Saturday Dental plan — fully covered by the company ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment type:** CLT
