Job Summary:
A communication professional responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating institutional communication strategies, managing media channels, and strengthening the organization's reputation.
Key Highlights:
1. Coordinate institutional communication and media relations.

3. Develop strategic initiatives to enhance and safeguard institutional reputation.
* Plan, execute, and evaluate institutional communication activities, defining agendas, objectives, and coordinating the production of diverse content, ensuring quality and strategic alignment;
* Maintain relationships with the press (radio, TV, print, and web), responding to requests, preparing spokespersons, and ensuring photographic and audiovisual documentation of events;
* Plan, organize, and manage FAPEX’s official communication channels, supervising content published on the website, social media, and other institutional platforms;
* Coordinate the promotion of institutional actions and events, including campaigns and commemorative dates, overseeing the production of graphic and audiovisual materials and evaluating outcomes;
* Produce journalistic content about FAPEX’s activities and projects, edit institutional texts, and draft official documents (letters, ordinances, management reports, among others);
* Develop strategic initiatives requested by the Directorate—focused on staff recognition and institutional reputation enhancement—in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, Project Management Division, and Legal Advisory;
* Coordinate and implement communication strategies aimed at consolidating a strong, positive institutional image in society.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Fluent English, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal relationship skills, ethical conduct, organizational ability and proactivity, capacity to engage with internal and external audiences—especially media outlets—leadership and conflict mediation skills, familiarity with technological resources and digital media—with emphasis on social media—experience with electronic publishing and image editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CorelDRAW), advanced proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of online journalism, graphic design, and digital marketing.
DESIRED COMPETENCIES: Specialization in corporate communication and/or digital media; mastery of standard Brazilian Portuguese; prior experience in communication advisory roles; hands-on experience handling press inquiries, drafting technical notes, and managing social media complaints/denunciations in coordination with the legal department; knowledge of FAPEX’s operations, particularly its processes and strategic stakeholders.
